Why go for our Self Catering Villa when you can stay in a hotel?

Well, this can be a matter of opinions. Some people prefer to be pampered in luxurious 5 star hotels, others like to be in good company, cooking some BBQ food in an private and secluded environment. Some of you might be veterans of 'do it yourself' (DIY) holidays, but for those of you who are not, here are some important facts to consider before going for the usual package holiday.
  • Much better value for money. Consider a group of eight people renting our Villa for 1200 EUR per week. With some simple mathematics anyone can realize that with a full household (i.e. 8 people) each person would be paying 21.43 EUR per night. And this is high season!
  • Extending your vacation becomes more affordable. This gives you more time to relax, visit more places and blend into the country's lifestyle. 
  • Perfect for rent a car holiday. This villa in particular makes it very easy for people after a rent a car holiday.  The villa has a drive way and garage and is situated 5 minutes off the A8 highway with links to North (Silver Coast) and South (Lisbon). 
  • Space and privacy makes it much more convenient for groups of friends or large families especially those with children. 
  • What you see is what you get! How many times have you over spent on a holiday without knowing that eventually you would end up disappointed by the room, service or food? Rest assured that this website will provide you with factual information about the house and all its facilities.

The city is sunny throughout the year, with an annual average of 2900-3300 hours of sunshine. Summers are long, warm and dry with average daytime temperatures of 26–29°C, falling to 16–18°C at night.
